Metric Ingredient Imperial 20 radishes, trimmed & thinly sliced 20 12 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped 12 75 ml orange juice 1/3 cup 30 ml lemon juice 2 tbsp

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4
