31-DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE, DAY 2: CARDIO, UPPER BODY + CORE
You made it to Day 3 of the 31-Day Gym-Free Fitness Challenge, and you're still alive! A little sore, maybe, but alive nonetheless. For Day 3, you'll be working on cardio, upper body, and core. It's a little tougher than yesterday, but it will still only take about half an hour. After today, you'll have made it through almost 10% of the entire challenge, so don't quit now. It would be super lame to quit after three days, right?
