Are your legs so sore that you kind of want to die? Good news: Day 4 of the 31-Day Fitness Challenge is a rest day. Don't get too comfortable, though, since this is an active rest day. You'll still do some light cardio and stretching to make sure you don't return to the couch-dwelling habits you once had, but your muscles will breathe a sigh of relief as they get a chance to recover.
