Hopefully you enjoyed your rest day yesterday, because it's back to work on Day 5 of the 31-Day Fitness Challenge. Today you'll be doing the same lower-body and core workout you did way back on Day 2, so if you liked that, great! If not, well... maybe you'll hate it less this time around. You're almost through Week 1, so don't give up!
