I’ve just had a large 43m2, 4th floor, 1 bedroom apartment come back on the market in X1 The Tower offering panoramic views over the city of Liverpool and River Mersey.

 

This was one of the first to sell on launch a couple of months ago. It’s only £127,990 including furniture and it’s the last chance to secure one of these apartments at the pre-launch price.
