Startup Button has secured $20 million to help publishers let readers use services such as OpenTable and Uber inside the publishers' apps via deep linking. Publishers receive a fee if an in-app booking happens.

GoDaddy has debuted a Super Bowl teaser on YouTube that features cats riding on Roombas. The ad from Bullish promotes the brand's GoCentral website development tool and will "personify the internet," Bullish's Brent Vartan said.

BBDO New York has released four YouTube teasers for its Snickers Super Bowl spot starring Adam Driver, which will air live during the third quarter. The brand is also live-streaming 30 hours of content on Facebook and a microsite leading up to the game, with content including appearances from social influencers and celebrities.

Alternatively, taking over the home pages of 35 top publishers would set advertisers back around $5.6 million, the price Fox is reportedly charging for the game-day spots.

Survey: 19% of media consumed is created by influencers
Influencer-created content is on the rise, accounting for 19% of media seen by consumers, according to a Good Relations survey of 1,000 people older than 16. The survey also finds that 57% of respondents have bought from a brand based on an influencer recommendation, a figure that rises to 69% among millennials.
