1) GM and Honda to Establish Industry-First Joint Fuel Cell System
Manufacturing Operation in Michigan

DETROIT, USA, January 30, 2017 - General Motors Co. and Honda announced
establishment of the auto industry's first manufacturing joint venture
to mass produce an advanced hydrogen fuel cell system that will be used
in future products from each company.
