Oriental Pickles

Metric Ingredient Imperial 2 large cucumbers 2 25 ml soy sauce 1/8 cup 50 ml vinegar 1/4 cup 50 ml sugar 1/4 cup

Peel cucumbers; slice very thin. Mix together soy sauce, vinegar and sugar. Pour over the cucumber slices, gently mixing well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serves 4
