The Best of NPR Books for January 26, 2017

Books
This week: It's been a big week for children's book doyenne Margaret Wise Brown, with a new biography and a previously unreleased book just released, so we're looking back at her adventurous life.

We're also continuing our occasional series on storytelling in video games with a look at the Western classic Red Dead Redemption, and checking out the new TV series based on Lemony Snicket's Series of Unfortunate Events books.

Plus, a deep Fresh Air conversation on the history of America's international interventions, and a new Hidden Brain episode on the "deep stories" of Donald Trump supporters.
