You'll be hearing a lot from me

Hi there -- I was pretty excited to see Tammy’s message yesterday. In case you didn’t see it, I’m Emily Brown, and I’m the finance director for Tammy’s re-election campaign. Let me just say that if there’s one thing you learn quickly working in fundraising, it’s that talking about spreadsheets, projections, budgets, and schedules does not get a lot of people fired up. But do you know what does? Organizing people. Standing up for what’s right. And, crushing fundraising goals. Tammy’s last email got a great response. As she said, my first month can’t end with a missed goal. We need to help Tammy prepare for what’s ahead. Grassroots contributions make our campaign possible. We’re counting on small contributions from individuals -- not huge checks from billionaires. So help me fill my spreadsheets with exciting figures. Give $5 or $10 to our end-of-month goal.
