Hot Spinach Dip

Metric Ingredient Imperial 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained well (10 oz / 284 g) 1 1 can plain artichoke hearts, drained & chopped (14 oz / 398 ml) 1 1 package herbed cream cheese (6 oz / 170 g) 1 250 ml parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup 250 ml sour cream 1 cup 125 ml mayonnaise 1/2 cup 6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled 6 - tortilla chips for serving -

In a large bowl; place spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, parmesan, sour cream and mayonnaise.  Stir to combine.  Spoon mixture into baking dish.  Bake in preheated 400 F (200 C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.  When ready to serve, scatter bacon over warm dip.  Serve with tortilla chips. Servings: 10
