In a large saucepan; gently mix broccoli, olives, tomatoes, oil and wine together. Bring to simmer over high heat for about 1 to 2 minutes. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally until broccoli is tender. Stir in cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Servings: 4 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
