In a large skillet; saute onion and ginger in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until onion is translucent. Add peppers and garlic and continue to saute for approximately 15 minutes or until peppers are soft. Add basil, mix thoroughly, and saute for 5 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente. Drain well. Toss with pepper mixture. Serve sprinkled with cheese. Servings: 4 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
