Ham & Cheese Roll

Metric Ingredient Imperial 50 ml mayonnaise 1/4 cup 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 2 4 flour tortillas (8 inch / 20.5 cm) 4 250 ml fresh spinach leaves, stems removed 1 cup 225 g ham, thinly sliced 1/2 lb 115 g provolone cheese, thinly sliced 1/4 lb 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced 2

In a small bowl; mix mayonnaise and garlic.  Spread evenly over tortillas. Top tortillas with layers of spinach, ham, cheese and tomatoes.  Roll up tightly.  Servings: 4
