We are excited to announce the final lineup of participating vendors for the 10th Annual Dallas Observer Iron Fork virtual event on Wednesday, September 2nd at 7pm. Just like previous years, attendees will experience the Iron Fork Chef Competition. This year, we've taken the virtual chef competition up a notch with a Dallas vs. Houston chef throw down. Luke Rogers, the former chef at SAVOR in Klyde Warren Park, will take on Matt Staph of One Fifth Mediterranean. The virtual event will be moderated by Dallas' very own celebrity chef, Kent Rathbun, and will also include cooking and cocktail demonstrations from Jack Daniel's, as well as a charcuterie board styling tutorial from Scardello Artisan Cheese. The Food & Drink Bundle Box will include savory and sweet food bites and premium alcohol from Alaskan Brewing, Austin Cocktails, Isabelly's Chocolates & Sweet Treats, Jack Daniel's, Nikki's Popcorn Company, Topo Chico, a personal pasta kit complete with the Chef Competition secret ingredient courtesy of US Foods, and more!
