Advertisers are giving a nod of approval to the proposed Oracle partnership with TikTok, saying the move of the app's data to the tech firm's cloud would enhance data security and help protect consumer privacy. Gartner's Nicole Greene says, "If Oracle can create an ad network that protects data privacy and still allows TikTok to operate as it has been, it could be enough for marketers to say maybe TikTok is a good opportunity."
