Creamy Curry Salad
Metric Ingredient Imperial
125 ml coleslaw dressing 1/2 cup
15 ml mild curry paste 1 tbsp
15 ml fresh lime juice 1 tbsp
1 L cold cooked fusilli 4 cup
2 cans tuna, broken into chunks (12 oz / 340 g) 2
125 ml green onions, sliced 1/2 cup
125 ml parsley, chopped 1/2 cup
125 ml toasted slivered almonds 1/2 cup
75 ml raisins 1/3 cup

In a small bowl; whisk dressing with curry paste and lime juice until well combined.

In a large bowl; toss fusilli with tuna, onions, parsley, almonds and raisins.  Add dressing and toss to combine.  Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to one day.
