Orange Coleslaw

Metric Ingredient Imperial 50 ml plain yogurt 1/4 cup 50 ml mayonnaise 1/4 cup 50 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed 1/4 cup 40 ml white vinegar 3 tbsp 7 ml honey 1 1/2 tsp 1.8 L green cabbage, shreddd 7 cup 250 ml carrot, shredded 1 cup 125 ml red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup - salt & pepper to taste -

In a large bowl; whisk together yogurt, mayonnaise, orange juice, vinegar and honey. Add cabbage, carrots and onion.  Stir until well combined.  Season with salt and pepper.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to two days. Servings: 6
