Pork Chop and Potato Casserole
Metric Ingredient Imperial
15 ml vegetable oil 1 tsp
6 boneless pork chops 6
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 oz / 284 ml) 1
250 ml milk 1 cup
4 potatoes, thinly sliced 4
125 ml onion, chopped 1/2 cup
250 ml cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup

In a large skillet; heat oil over medium-high heat.  Add porks and sear.

In a medium bowl; combine soup and milk.

In a 9 x 13 inch (23 x 33 cm) baking dish; arrange potatoes and onions.  Place browned pork chops and onions on top.  Pour soup mixture over all.

Cover and bake in preheated 400 F (200 C) oven for 30 minutes.  Top with cheese and bake an additional 30 minutes.
