I have so much to tell you this week...

Hey Indiana Jones!

Isn't it so wonderful to start a new month?! I generally love the fresh start of a new year...but in 2020, it's like we get a fun, fresh start every single month. Big sigh.

Around here, we are pressing on with all the things. Despite the fact that we are still in a bit of holding mode on a few fronts.

We are pressing on with more dinner prep fun and the Dinner Made Easy Show. We are pressing on with the virtual Mamas Talk Money summit happening SOON. We are pressing on with Amazon Prime Day deals. We are pressing on with sharing more delightful recipes, and kitchen cleaning hacks.

Speaking of that, did you see the new feature on Pinterest called "Story Pins" - they are new in the Pinterest phone app, as well as on your pinterest page on the computer.

It's kinda like a regular pin and an Instagram Story got together and had a baby... ;)

We have been sharing LOTS of them, and I'd encourage you to go check them out over on Pinterest.

About the Mamas Talk Money Summit...

I'm speaking on Tuesday the 13th, and it would mean a lot to me to know you were there, cheering me on Indiana Jones!

The event is happening ONLINE from October 12th through the 16th and registration is officially open! AND yours truly is giving away a MTM Dinner Meal Plan for all who register!!

  • Tap the image below, or right here to get registered for FREE to the 2020 Mamas Talk Money Online Summit!

Then hit reply and let me know you’re going to be there.

Season 4 Episode 5 of THE DINNER MADE EASY SHOW!

This week's episode ended up being a 2-parter, as I share how to start the slow cooker with the whole chicken. 8 hours later, I reappeared on FB Live showing how to pull the chicken apart and then how to make homemade chicken stock. Here is what we ended up going over in the show...

AMAZON PRIME DAY

The dates have finally been announced and there's a fun $10 gift credit available too.

Prime Day will be October 13-14 and I do expect there to be better than Black Friday deals available.

Right now, Amazon is offering a $10 Prime Day credit if you order something between now and Prime Day from a small business.

(I accidentally discovered this credit this morning when I ordered something for my son, from a qualified seller!)

More on my favorite Prime Day deals soon :)

And now, for the rest of this week's recipes...

Delicious Budget Friendly RECIPES

Tap on each recipe below and get added to your meal plan, printed for your meal plan binder, or saved onto Pinterest.

Don't see anything you might like on this list?!

Check out the complete $5 Dinners Recipe Index, or check our the web app we have for creating your own weekly meal plan!

And that's that for this week, Indiana Jones!

Be blessed!
