Metric Ingredient Imperial 1 head lettuce, julienned 1 2 zucchini, cut into matchsticks 2 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in quarters 10 1 small red cabbage, finely sliced 1 - olive oil - - soy sauce -

In a large bowl; mix lettuce, zucchini, tomatoes and cabbage.  Drizzle oil and soy sauce over and gently toss. Servings: 4
