Updates on the New Datto Help Center and Support Ticket Process Last month, we launched the Datto Help Center with an updated ticket management process to deliver a unified support experience across all products. With your input, we've made a lot of progress since launch and continue to evolve the support experience. FireEye Breach: Countermeasure Scanner Available for MSP RMM Tools Cybersecurity firm FireEye recently reported that a highly-sophisticated state-sponsored adversary stole their Red Team assessment tools. While FireEye uses these tools to look for vulnerabilities across systems and advise on security measures, hackers can use them in the same way with malicious intent. In response, we've developed the FireEye Red Team Countermeasure Scanner to help MSPs detect the presence of FireEye's stolen tools across networks.
