Reflections on 2020, and a look ahead

Hello Indiana, Here at the beginning of a new year, we find ourselves thinking about the crazy year that 2020 turned out to be. It was a year of firsts for all of us around the world as we weathered a global pandemic on a scale unseen in most of our lifetimes. Weathering the storm, we find ourselves thankful for so much. We are thankful for you, our partners that persevered through some of the most uncertain days and proved so resilient in the face of the unknown. It is humbling to be on this journey with you, and to help you in some small way work through the chaos. We are also thankful for our employees who showed such perseverance in serving you as the pandemic turned everyone's world upside down. We all went home, turned bedrooms into offices, scrambled for bandwidth, and taught our kids how to Zoom. Through it all, our metrics registered no change in service levels, quality, or our ability to answer the phone when you called. Finally, we are thankful for the trust that you place in Datto. That trust guided us through the pandemic to remain focused on you in a year filled with unprecedented challenges. Without you, we would not be where we are today. As we begin 2021, we are optimistic about the year and beyond.
