Brands can move up the ranks of consumer content delivery on TikTok and boost followers and engagement by tapping various tools and features, writes Keenya Kelly. Post content four to eight times daily, put an individual spin on platform trends highlighted on the For You page, livestream daily and create a video series or stitchable content, Kelly suggests.

The top reasons people say they've unsubscribed from brand messaging during the pandemic are, respectively, being messaged too frequently, politicized content and impersonal information, according to a SlickText survey. In addition, 38% of respondents said the pandemic hasn't affected the likelihood of them opening brand emails, while the same percentage -- 17% -- say it's either made them more or less likely.

Facebook calls an end to Analytics

Facebook business users can use its Analytics service for reports and insights until June 30, when the offering is formally curtailed, according to a blog post. The social platform is encouraging users to tap tools such as Ads Manager, Events Manager and Facebook Business Suite for their needs.
