You should adopt my mantra. Also, how to make mornings easier!!!

Hey Indiana Jones!

I hope you're well and safe. I know as we continue in uncertain times, I want to encourage you to stay focused on the positive things in your life, continue to practice gratitude, and lean into the hard feelings that keep bubbling back up.

Our family has been on a rollercoaster in recent weeks, as we deal with school quarantines, the loss of a close family friend, and navigating the waters of school-illness-acitivities-cancellations, etc.

We have taken the mantra of STAY WELL - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

This "stay well" phrase has been central to all of the recent conversations happening in our home and in the car.

I hope you'll adopt it too.

A practical way that you can be and stay well is setting yourself up for success on busy back to school mornings.

If you haven't yet, check out the Back to School Resources we have for you...
