Good afternoon, We recently updated the following USCIS form(s): Alien's Change of Address Card 08/31/2021 11:23 AM EDT Starting Dec. 7, 2021, we will only accept the 08/31/21 edition. Until then, you can use the 09/10/19 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions. For more information, please visit our Forms Updates page.
