Watch the spotlight video here. | COVID-19 Recovery New COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Requirements for Travel to United States "On October 25, the White House and CDC announced details of the new vaccination policy that will go into effect for international travelers on November 8. As of that date, foreign national air travelers to the United States will be required to be fully vaccinated and to provide proof of vaccination status prior to boarding an airplane to the United States," Spokesperson Ned Price in a press statement. Climate Crisis COP26 Kicks Off in Glasgow From October 31 - November 12, leaders from around the world will come together to discuss solutions to the current climate crisis. The goals of COP26--the 26th Conference of the Parties--are to secure global net zero by mid-century and keep 1.5 degrees within reach, adapt to protect communities and natural habitats, mobilize finance, and work together to deliver. The U.S. Center at COP26 is the location for learning more about our whole-of-government approach to climate action. We will feature in-person and virtual events throughout the two weeks and will showcase the diversity of actors and actions that are working together to combat the climate crisis.
