| November 30, 2021 It's almost time for HealthHelp's Provider Satisfaction Survey. The MO HealthNet Division's Radiology Benefits Manager, HealthHelp, is conducting a Provider Satisfaction Survey. The survey is available from November 30, 2021, through December 31, 2021. The survey is for providers and facilities utilizing HealthHelp services. Your feedback is vital for improving HealthHelp's processes. HealthHelp provides easy ways for providers to obtain authorizations: online web application, fax, phone authorization through HealthHelp's call center, and IVR automated touch phone system. HealthHelp would like your input about any of the methods you have used to contact them. Please participate to help HealthHelp improve their processes with your feedback. The survey takes about five minutes to complete. HealthHelp is offering ten $100 Amazon gift cards in appreciation for participation.
