Blinken spoke today with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba to follow up on their recent meeting in Warsaw, Poland. The Secretary highlighted U.S. efforts to provide Ukraine the support it needs to defend against the Russian Federation's unprovoked, unjustified, and brutal war. The Secretary emphasized the United States' unyielding and steadfast support for Ukraine, and lauded Ukraine's commitment to engaging in diplomacy. He stressed that the United States, Allies, and partners will continue to hold accountable those responsible for atrocities committed in Ukraine.
