Looking for more? Fireworks will grace the night sky at dozens of other area Fourth of July events throughout the weekend, from Ferguson to Chesterfield.

With the bustling downtown scene this weekend, it's a perfect opportunity to gather some friends or family and ride along the Mississippi River on a Gateway Arch riverboat! Take in the monumental scenes and learn from the captain or a National Park Service ranger about history and happenings along the river. For those who want even more insight, book the July 7 cruise when the Missouri History Museum will host a conversational tour.
