Musk addressed advertisers Thursday ahead of the completion of his deal to purchase Twitter, declaring, "Twitter aspires to be the most respected advertising platform in the world that strengthens your brand and grows your enterprise," promising the platform wouldn't "become a free-for-all hellscape."
