Why has the Chinese ETF MCHI that tracks their equities available to international investors broken out of a long-term trend today in pre-market when there is "blood on the streets"? Just asking (not trading)… and thinking for myself which is what I encourage you to do. Kroger, which I recommended to you on Monday, triggered and still looks appealing.
