Turnpike Troubadours formed in 2005 and consists of front man Evan Felker, lead guitarist Ryan Engleman, fiddle player Kyle Nix, bassist R.C. Edwards, drummer Gabe Pearson, and steel guitar and accordion player Hank Early. Their music has been described as a merging of "folk, country, bluegrass, Cajun, and straight-out rock dynamics with a gritty, timeless blend." After five studio albums and an indefinite hiatus in 2019, the group the band teased their return, and shortly after started announcing new shows starting in 2022. Three-time GRAMMY nominees The Avett Brothers latest album, The Third Gleam vinyl debuted at #1 on Billboard's Vinyl Albums Chart and debuted at #5 on Billboard's Top Current Album Chart, with "Victory" from the album peaking at #1 on the Americana radio single chart. Their music has been lauded by the likes of Paste, NPR, Esquire, American Songwriter, Rolling Stone Country and CMT.com among others.
