Good afternoon, We recently updated the following USCIS form(s): Form N-470, Application to Preserve Residence for Naturalization Purposes 11/02/2022 01:36 PM EDT Edition Date: 11/02/22. Starting Feb. 1, 2023, we will only accept the 11/02/22 edition. Until then, you can also use the 12/02/19 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions. Form I-910, Application for Civil Surgeon Designation 11/02/2022 01:07 PM EDT Edition Date: 11/02/22. Starting Feb. 1, 2023, we will only accept the 11/02/22 edition. Until then, you can also use the 07/23/20 edition.
