Inside the bubble Our politics editor Kate Devlin on what to look out for today:   Commons action gets underway with education questions at 2.30pm, followed by any urgent questions or statements. After this comes the second reading of the Higher Education Fee Limits Bill. Conservative MP James Daly has an adjournment on government support for boxing clubs and social mobility.   Sunak and von der Leyen are scheduled to meet in the early afternoon.   Labour leader Keir Starmer is giving a speech to businesses leaders on his plans for the economy at 10am.
