Reminder: Datto Store Migration and New Consolidated Invoicing

Dear Valued Partner, As a reminder, as a part of the continued integration between Kaseya and Datto systems, we will be merging the Datto Store into the larger Kaseya Store and launching consolidated invoicing to all partners beginning on April 17, 2023. What you need to know about the Kaseya Store: A unified store experience will allow partners and customers across Kaseya and Datto to view all products and modules we offer from one centralized store experience. The Datto Store will merge into the Kaseya Store on April 17, 2023. Visit the store the way you always have. Simply click "Store" under the "Purchase & Billing" tab within the Datto Partner Portal to get started. Pay and manage invoices from one centralized location for all Kaseya and Datto products. There are no changes to in-app purchases and license additions. Review the Kaseya Store knowledge base article and FAQ for more information. If you experience issues accessing the Kaseya Store following the transition, please contact support@kaseya.com. What you need to know about consolidated invoicing: We listened to you and understand that receiving many invoices on a monthly basis can be frustrating and time consuming. Beginning with the May 2023 statement, all partners will receive consolidated invoices that include all transactions across all Kaseya and Datto suites and modules in one simplified document. View a summary and detailed account of the payments due. Understand charges by product suite broken down into individual line items. Download an enhanced invoice details file with additional data. Access consolidated invoicing via Datto Partner Portal or KaseyaOne. Review the consolidated invoicing knowledge base article and FAQ for more information.
