Blinken and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro N. Mayorkas will deliver remarks on new regional migration management measures that the United States government will implement with partners in South and Central America when the CDC's Title 42 public health order lifts. The remarks will begin today, April 27, at 11:30 a.m. ET, in the Press Briefing Room at the Department of State.  The event will be open press and streamed live on the Department homepage and YouTube channel.
