Morning Rundown
🚨 Eight people died and seven others were injured on Saturday after a gunman opened fire at an outdoor mall north of Dallas, officials said. The alleged gunman died after a confrontation with police at the Allen Premium Outlets, officials said. As authorities work to determine a motive for the shooting, investigators are exploring if it was an act of domestic terrorism, multiple law enforcement sources told ABC News.

πŸ“Š President Joe Biden's job approval rating hit a career low in the latest ABC News/Washington Post poll. According to the survey, 68% of Americans say he's too old for another term as president -- views that put him in a trailing position against top Republicans in early preferences for 2024. Both former president Donald Trump and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis lead Biden in preference for the presidency in 2024.

πŸšƒ The case involving the death of a homeless man on a New York City subway is likely headed to a grand jury, law enforcement sources said. Jordan Neely, a homeless man, was killed by another New York City subway passenger who held him in a chokehold for several minutes, according to witnesses and police. Neely had allegedly been yelling before being subdued by the other passenger, police said. The man seen restraining Neely told police he was not trying to kill Neely. While the investigation is still ongoing, a grand jury would determine whether criminal charges are warranted, according to the sources.

πŸ‘‘The world has now witnessed the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla. The historic ceremony held Saturday saw some special guests in attendance, including a number of celebrities and many members of the royal family. The nearly five-hour ceremony included the coronation service at Westminster Abbey, a procession and provided plenty of time for the royal children to show off their personalities. However, some faces were missing. Prince Harry attended the ceremony without his wife Meghan Markle and their children. Prince William and brother Harry, who are believed to have not seen each other in eight months, appeared to keep their distance from each other. For more coronation coverage, check out "Good Morning America" today at 7 a.m. ET.

✈️ One mother-daughter team is soaring high after making history. Teri Eidson and Nicole McCallister are the first mother-daughter team to co-pilot an international flight after the duo recently flew from Memphis, Tennessee, to Incheon, South Korea.
