Lady Bird is a 16 bar form, and it features some really common harmonic movement you'll find in other standards. That Bb7 in bar 4 is what's called a "back door dominant." It's another way of resolving to a tonal center.Lady Bird also has an iconic "turnaround":
The last two bars there are what's know as a "Tadd Dameron Turnaround" (Tadd Dameron being the composer). You'll want to know this incase anyone at a jam session asks to play a Tadd Dameron turnaround at the end of a tune. In the Inner Circle we provide a full color coded chords analysis, with a training video to walk through exactly how this tune works.
