SkillUP offers training and work experience The SkillUP program offers SNAP recipients the opportunity to gain skills, job training and work experience through local colleges and job centers across Missouri. This no-cost program is offered through the Department of Social Services, Family Support Division (FSD). More Information Missouri Work Assistance (MWA) The MWA program helps Temporary Assistance recipients become ready for a job, get real work experience, find employment, and keep a job. MWA services are provided through community agencies in 10 regions and the City of St. Louis. The MWA program will help you complete an Individual Employment Plan (IEP), which is your personalized roadmap to help you earn money to care for your family on your own. The goal of the program is to help you find and keep employment. More Information Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) JAG-Missouri helps students reach their full potential by graduating from high school and being successful at whatever careers they choose after graduation.  JAG serves students who have academic potential, but who also face significant barriers, such as poverty, challenging family situations, and a history of personal trauma.
