September is upon us and so is the school year! Whether you are a school administrator, teacher, parent, or student, we pray that the beginning of the school year brings a fresh start and opportunities to accelerate the development of Christ-centered K-12 education.
Throughout August, the Herzog Foundation furthered the Christian education movement through a variety of programs and events, including a School Choice Forum in Florida. The discussion focused on the implications of Florida's monumental expansion of school choice for all families.
We also celebrated the launch of 68 new Christian schools this fall. Since the Foundation released SchoolBox, hundreds of prospective school founders have signed up for the program and 68 of those founders have committed to opening schools this year.
