Hey Indiana!
Did you know I eat oats for breakfast Monday thru Friday? It's the one thing I always buy a jumbo size of at the grocery store.
In the summers I love cold overnight oats, and in the winter, I'm all about a big bowl of warm hearty oatmeal! I share my bowl of oatmeal often on Instagram and always get questions about how to make oatmeal.
Some of my favorite tips for making my oatmeal every morning are
- Use old fashioned oats for the best consistency.
- Pay attention to the oat to liquid ratio.
- Don't forget the salt!
What I love about oatmeal is that it's really quick and easy to make, you can customize it with SO MANY toppings, and it keeps you full with lots of energy to last your morning!
