When I first sat down to pull this weekly email together for you, I didn't realize that it would be so freezer cooking focused, but alas here we go...from new videos, to meal plans, to cookbooks and a new chance to try the MyFreezEasy Method for free!
It's officially October (side note: can someone let me know where September went, because I legit blinked and here we are in October.)...

The MyFreezEasy Cookbook Series
It's been a hot minute since I shared about my freezer cooking cookbook series with you via email. They are getting lots of attention lately on social media, so I thought I'd drop a note about them here too.
Over the past few years, I've released a series of themed cookbooks using recipe from MyFreezEasy. Each cookbook contains 65 recipes under a specific theme - 15-Minute Prep & Cook, 5-Ingredient, Dump & Cook style, Real Food/Paleo/Keto, Slow Cooker and Instant Pot. In addition to the recipes, you also get 2 MyFreezEasy freezer meal plans at the end of each. The plans contain doubled recipes, shopping lists and step by step instructions for putting the meals together in a batch.
They are all available to order from Amazon.
