"The harder the challenge, the greater the reward"
It's something we've all heard at some point, and while it may not be true 100% of the time...
I think we can both agree that 100% of the time, this is true:
The harder the challenge...
...the more proud we are when we succeed...
...the more confidence we build in ourselves...
...the more positive momentum we create in our lives...
...and the better we feel about ourselves overall.
If you do agree with that, then here is a potentially new perspective for you.
Fall, the holiday season, and this time of year in general are not the worst times of the year to get in better shape simply because there are more challenges & temptations that we'll face.
But rather, this can be the absolute BEST time to get in better shape!
Because any day, any time of year, the physical benefits will be the same. There is no "magic" time of year when it's easier to get in shape.
However, what can be different if you rise to the challenge, are the additional rewards you can earn, like...
More confidence...
More pride in who you're becoming...
...and of course, just feeling better about yourself!

I know where I stand ... which is why I'm signed up to do the 8-week Transformation Challenge that starts today...
Because while I feel I am in pretty good shape, what I also feel is that I can do better physically...
