Ferris adds that: "Everyone is talking about the Fed and interest rates, but what they don't realize is the Fed doesn't control long term interest rates–those are controlled by the market." Ferris explains how since April, the market has sent 10-year rates are up 43%... and when the 10-year gets over 5%, which undoubtedly believes it will, "all hell is going to break lose." Ferris says while it's impossible to know exactly where the biggest problems will start, he can point to a bunch of industries and individual companies that will have major, major problems. This is why Dan Ferris recently went public with exactly where he believes the biggest problems will be in the months to come, and four steps he urges every investor should take immediately.
