Take all the guesswork out of eating a healthy breakfast with Stephanie Mansour's no-recipe, sheet-pan meal that packs in veggies and protein. It's a great dish to have on hand to feed a crowd during the holidays (with very little clean up required!) Plus, anyone who has seen the Radio City Rockettes perform knows what a major physical feat it is. And just like any athlete engaging in a rigorous physical activity, warming up is key to avoiding injury and optimizing performance. Today's workout is a walk. Looking for a fun warm up to motivate you to get moving (while priming your muscles for exercise)? Stacy Paydo, a swing dancer for the Radio City Rockettes, let us peek behind the scenes as she led some of the dancers through a dynamic warmup. The Rockettes use the exercises to activate the legs and core, get the blood flowing and stretch the muscles before a show. The quick, but effective, routine would make a great pre-curser to any cardio activity. Try it before your next walk or run! Warm up with the Rockettes — play the video here! |

This week's meatless Monday dish is the perfect way to start the week. It has all of the warm, creamy, comfort-food vibes to make waving goodbye to the weekend a bit less painful, while also packing in nutritious ingredients to start the week on a healthy note. Avocado brings the creaminess to this dairy-free pasta dish. Since this meal is light on protein, we recommend using chickpea or lentil pasta to make it more filling and balanced. The easy, high-protein breakfast a personal trainer swears by |
Looking for a healthy breakfast that's super easy to throw together, cooks up in minutes, is filling and satisfying, and requires very little cleanup? So was personal trainer Stephanie Mansour. So she came up with her no-recipe sheet-pan breakfast that fit the bill. After sharing it on social media, hundreds of people asked for the "no-recipe" formula for the dish. So she's sharing all the details with Start TODAY members! "This is my favorite breakfast for cooler mornings because it's warm, it tastes gourmet and it only takes me 15 minutes to make. Not to mention, it's such an easy way to pack veggies into breakfast, a meal that can be hard to get produce into," she says. "While it's baking, the house smells cozy and aromatic. Plus, I can use up whatever I have in my fridge by following these simple steps!" It's also a great way to feed a crowd if you have visitors for the holidays. How to assemble the no-recipe dish using whatever's in your fridge. |
