Earlier this year MLG sold the final remaining asset in MLG Private Fund I, marking the official closing of their first fund in what has now become the Private Fund Series.
Fund I began accepting investments in 2012, over 2 years MLG raised $27.28mm, and acquired 20 real estate assets. After 11 years and over 40 distributions to investors they managed to return a 19.9% IRR net to investors!
