Click on the photo to listen.

From the Good Dads archive, we are taking a look back at our discussion with Dr. Matt Turvey, a clinical psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Matt Turvey talks about how curiosity, compassion and an eye for connection can help you be open-minded when trying to solve difficult situations in relationships. Diana: To draw more and to finally complete the sketchbook I've had since 2016.

Haley: To take myself on a "treat-yo-self" date once a month.

Austen: To celebrate every Tuesday with tacos in honor of Taco Tuesday.

Jim: To only eat one cheeseburger per month!

Rhonda: I resolve to eat the cheeseburgers that Jim is avoiding every month.

Lisa: I hope to be more intentional with my relationships in the new year and I am willing to help Rhonda with eating Jim's cheeseburgers.
