| | 🏛️ The U.S. Supreme Court is taking up a case that could impact access to the abortion pill mifepristone nationwide. The court agreed on Wednesday to hear appeals from the Biden administration and Danco Labs on a lower court ruling that would reinstate restrictions on mifepristone, one of the most common methods of abortion in the country. The court will likely hear oral arguments next spring and issue a ruling by the end of June. 🗞️ President Joe Biden met Wednesday with families of American hostages held by the Hamas terrorist organization, and was "moved" by their stories, National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby said after the meeting at the White House. "The president was very grateful for the time that they afforded him. And he was moved by their stories, by the love they feel, by the hope that they still harbor," Kirby said. 🚘 Tesla will recall about 2 million cars over a safety issue tied to its autopilot system, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Wednesday, adding the autopilot system may put drivers at a greater risk of an accident in certain situations. The recall affects some Tesla vehicles made as early as 2012, according to the agency. 🎵 Country star Luke Combs learned that a company representing him sued a Florida fan for selling homemade tumblers and T-shirts with his image on them.
