So, she started going to the gym every day. "That was really hard for me at first. It took so much to walk into the gym and start doing something when I wasn't very confident with myself."   She walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes at 3 miles per hour with an incline of 3-4% and she slowly increased her distance and incline.
